mySupply is ready for eDelivery
mySupply is prepared to support eDelivery, and the first customers’ electronic business documents have been successfully transmitted through the infrastructure.
NemHandel has transitioned to the new eDelivery-based infrastructure as the method for exchanging OIOUBL documents. Eventually, OIORASP (the old exchange method) will be replaced by the new eDelivery network.
mySupply’s document management solution, VAX 360, is ready to support eDelivery. mySupply’s customers do not need to take any action, as mySupply manages the process of sending and receiving documents, both through eDelivery and OIORASP until the phase-out in April 2024.
During the rollout of eDelivery, OIORASP will be available during a transition period until April 2024. During this period, mySupply will support both networks. Connection to NemHandel eDelivery is a legal requirement under the new accounting law. The requirements include that a standard accounting system must be able to send and receive electronic invoices through NemHandel and archive original documents. At mySupply, our document management solution, VAX 360, meets all applicable legal requirements, including the new accounting law.
