10-4 Byggecenter & Tømmerhandel is a traditional timber trade company that was established in 1947. Todat, they have six physical stores and an online shop, from where they ship building supplies and related products for the entire country. 10-4 needed a cohesive invoice solution to increase efficiency, and they are pleased with the benefits they have achieved with VAX 360.

Handled directly from suppliers

10-4 has implemented a new workflow system for approving received invoices, which are delivered directly via NemHandel, BygE, and VANS operators. In some cases, invoices cannot be processed directly and are converted before being loaded into the workflow system. They are then approved and processed before being posted in the financial system.

VAX 360 catches all errors in invoices, and we have received better invoice data from our suppliers, enabling us to process invoices easily and quickly through our workflow system.
