mySupply has been acquired by Visma
We are pleased to announce that mySupply has been acquired by Visma. But even though we have been acquired, mySupply continues as an independent company, but with several strong competencies in the development of processes and digital solutions that can complement mySupply’s strong foundation.
We are looking forward to an exciting time
It has been important for us to find a company that was interested in continuing mySupply with the special competencies and good customer relationships that we have built up over the last 20 years within electronic commerce and integrations. But who could also see benefits in continuing our VAX solutions and adding increased strength to meet the needs of the future within our business area for the benefit of our customers. We work every day to maintain our good and strong cooperation with our customers. And therefore it has been essential for mySupply to find a new owner who will keep developing mySupply in the same spirit, so that our customers can continue to expect the same high quality.
We have assessed that Visma meets these requirements and expectations. Visma has gradually built up a strong position in the market for solutions within the ERP area with many different competencies. Lars Engbork, CEO of Visma e-conomic, says about the acquisition: “mySupply has built a platform that can handle electronic documents on a very large scale, which meets the needs of regional and government institutions.”
What does this mean for you?
mySupply will continue as an independent company, however with even more competencies to be able to help you and develop quality-conscious integration solutions for electronic invoicing. We will continue as before, and Flemming Beltoft will in connection with the acquisition plan his exit from the job market, but will assist in finding the new CEO of mySupply.
