VAX 360 Archive

With the release of the new version of VAX 360, March 25, 2021, we are launching VAX 360 Archive.

To optimize performance in VAX 360 and make older documents more visible in the user interface, we are expanding VAX 360 with an archive database.

Documents, which are older than 6 months, will be moved from the operating database to the archive database. Therefore, it is only customer with documents older than 6 months that will be affected by the archive.

What changes will result from the archive?

You will still be able to find the archived documents in VAX 360. If you want to include these is a search, simply mark the field “Include in search”. The archived documents will appear at the bottom of the search results with a grey background. See an elaborated explanation through the button.

Functionality on the individual documents

For archived documents, there will be certain limitations in the user interface. It will therefore not be possible to:

• Re-treat archived documents
• Re-send archived documents
• Add or remove appendixes

However, it will always be possible to export the archived documents, and thereafter import them to VAX 360 again.
