Challenges with NemHandel and Peppol receptionUpdate 12:00: The challenges has been solved, and the documents are starting to flow through NemHandel and Peppol
We are currently experiencing instability when receiving NemHandel and Peppol documents. The instability is due to a new update that was posted on the network yesterday, Wednesday, at 08:00 pm. The update has also caused challenges with email sending. We are working on solving the challenge, but we cannot give an estimate of when we will have it solved.
Challenges at Digital Post
There are currently challenges with delivering of mails to Digital Post. It causes long response times, timeout and errors when trying to log in to clients and Administrative Access. As it is an external challenge, we unfortunately cannot give an estimate of when the challenge will be resolved.
Update 12:30: It is now possible to deliver to Digital Post. However, delays may still occur.
Update 17:30: The challenges at Digital Post are now solved and everything are running normally again.
VAX 36010:54 PM: Due to a minor error during the Windows update on the VAX 360 servers, VAX 360 is currently not available. We are working on a solution, and are constantly updating this page.
Update 00:30 AM: The planned updates are now installed and we are working to get the latest systems up and running properly.
Update 01:05 AM: All systems are now up again and the VAX 360 is running stably.

Digital Post is up and running with any problems. The 22th of March 12:45 PM
An error has been found in the document management for the municipalities that use Fujitsu as the sender system. The messages from Fujitsu can not be sent in version 1.4 and 1.6 - both with the same content. Currently it is only possible to send in version 1.4. The error is currently being fixed and will be put on prod today at 05:00 PM. The documents that have already been rejected will be resent afterwards. The 21st of March 02:30 PM
There is pressure from the Digital Post, which results in some delays with receipts and response times. However we do not experience any significans challenges. 11:30 AM
The messages are been send fine through Digital Post, but the receipts are a bit delayed. 11:00 AM
The first documents have been send through Digital Post without any problems.
|Delay of delivery receipts on REST sender 7th April
The Danish Digitization Agency has recently announced that there is currently a queue for the delivery of receipts. This means that there are major delays in business receipts. It is important to point out that receipts are still sent out, however with increased delivery time, which can lead to queues. If there is a need to check if a message has been validated correctly, a temporary workaround is to use the event log. We stay updated on the error and report back when we know more. Update 8th April
The underlying challenge has been resolved and the business receipts have normal delivery times. The built-up queue takes time to settle, but it is expected that it will be settled soon.
|UPDATE: VAX 360 has been startet back up, and documents are being processed. A longer document processing time is to be expected, until the VAX 360 has caught up on todays load. Kl. 09:27 We are currently experiencing instability in VAX 360, which results in that you currently can be able to access VAX 360. This is concerning VAX 360 01 customer environment with customer number between 50-400. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.|
Delays with dispatch through NemHandelA NemHandel operator has been experiencing issues with their recipient service since March 10th 2021 at 3:45pm. These problems have now been solved, but has resulted in that documents for certain recipients may be delayed by up to 24 hours.
VAX 360 UpgradeThe migration of documents from VAX 360 to the archive database has now successfully been concluded for all customers. See our guide to find information about how to access the archived documents: VAX 360 Archive Guide
Information about log4j
The version of log4j that was released in mid-December has not close the security hole completely which was the purpose with the version. A new version of log4j (2.17.1) was released on December 27th, 2021 and has shown to be completely safe. Today on January 3nd, 2022 at 11 o'clock we have reviewed our SW and have updated log4j to version 2.17.1 where this component is used.
VAX 360After the upgrade on Wednesday January 12th, 2022 VAX 360 has been down from 08:30 PM to 08:30 AM Thursday January 13th, 2022. The problem has been solved and VAX 360 is up and running again.
Error in VAX TransferUnfortunately, we have identified an error in connection with the upgrade of VAX 360, which means that there may be errors for customers who use VAX Transfer. We have closed this option for now. If you have eny questions, please contact mySupply support at firstname.lastname@example.org or (+45) 96962140.
Update 11:20We have now identified the error and the affected customers will be contacted. We have also opened for sending via VAX Transfer while reception via VAX Transfer is still disabled until VAX 360 id updated. We expect to be fully operational this aftrenoon.
Update 15:10The error has now been resolves, and VAX Transfer is again fully operational. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Extra Maintenance Windows – Archive
Any previously maintenance windows besides the regular scheduled ones are listed here.
|The Danish Business Authority has announced an extra service window on Tuesday January 10th, 2023 in the time period at 04:30 - 08:00 pm, which may cause operational disruptions.|
Due to a new security hole in Windows TCP/IP, the VAX 360 will undergo extra service today, Friday September 16th 2022 at 12:00-12:30 PM. VAX 360 servers will be unavailable during the period.
Nets Share will make a certificate change in their production environment on Wednesday March 2th, 2022. Therefore, there may be a short-term downtime in the period at 09:00 - 10:00 AM for delivery of sending and receiving to and from Net Share.
