With VAX 360 Data Input Form, you will be assigned a personal username and password. This means that you do not have to worry about NemID, employee signature or other identification when you need to identify yourself on behalf of the company. In addition, the solution can be customized by creating new users and roles.

Send Invoices to Both the Public and Private Sector

If your customers consist of both public authorities and private companies, you can send an invoice or credit note directly to them.

Choose from Several Different Recipient Countries

VAX 360 Data Input Form allows you to send invoices and credit notes to your customers in different countries. In addition to Scandinavia, you can also send to e.g. England, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Austria or Germany. If you need to send an invoice or credit note to a recipient in another country, the recipient must be registered in the international Peppol registry.

The following document formats can be created: OIOUBL for Denmark, Peppol BIS 3.0 for Norway and Sweden, and Peppol BIS for other countries.

Built-in Customer and Product Catalogue

The solution also contains a built-in customer and product catalogue, which means that you do not have to enter the customer and product details every time. By saving this information in VAX 360, it becomes easy to autofill recipient and product fields the next time you use VAX 360 Data Input Form. You can always find an invoice again, because all the created invoices in VAX 360 are stored in the system’s archive.
