VAX 360 archives all electronic documents in the database with the detailed information and specifications. Here you can create reports, overviews and analyses for different purposes. You can also add a dashboard if you need a continuous overview of document processing.
VAX 360 can process documents in different ways. It can create an extra copy of a document or merge several documents: for example, an invoice with an attachment. There is also the option of adding the scanning solution (VAX Data Capture) and, if necessary, an invoice portal (VAX 360 Data Input Form).
