How does VAX 360 work?

VAX 360 is used for exchanging electronic documents. Documents are transferred manually via VAX Transfer or FTP/SFTP. mySupply operates, supports and maintains VAX 360.

What happens if the number of documents exceeds the agreed amount?

If the number of documents in one quarter exceeds the number agreed upon, the agreement is automatically raised to the next solution or document package.

Can VAX 360 be used by several companies?

VAX 360 can easily be used by several companies: for example, in a group, or by a service agency that hosts multiple ERP-systems. However, this requires a special agreement and system setup.

Who is responsible for monitoring the system?

The customer is responsible for monitoring and processing the documents, including the correction of errors etc.

For how long are the documents archived?

Documents stored in the system beyond the current month and previous 3 months will automatically be archived. A separate charge is required for archiving.
