New requirements for digital procurement are postponed
Back in February we informed that Erhvervsstyrelsen are working on a digitalization of the procurement process through e-catalogs and e-orders. The requirement has been postponed for one year, which mean that the claim become effective from January 1st 2022.
The requirement is related to all public authorities and institutions as they must be make purchases through e-catalogs and e-orders.
We will follow the matter and send futher information when we know more.
