The version of log4j that was released in mid-December has not close the security hole completely which was the purpose with the version. A new version of log4j (2.17.1) was released on December 27th, 2021 and has shown to be completely safe. Today on January 3nd, 2022 at 11 o’clock we have reviewed our SW and have updated log4j to version 2.17.1 where this component is used.
