Overview of Dates for NemHandel eDelivery

In the context of the rollout of the NemHandel eDelivery infrastructure, there are several crucial dates summarized below.

Early October 2023

Adaptation of the NemHandel Register to accommodate the NemHandel eDelivery system, primarily focusing on enhancing the NHR API & PORS. Simultaneously, adjustments are being made to the Invoice Form to enable support for the eDelivery infrastructure.

Mid-October 2023

The publication of the eDelivery announcement for public consultation is expected around mid-October. This announcement forms the legal foundation for eDelivery, defining the requirements for the transport infrastructure of the common public infrastructure.

Late October 2023

A proposal for a common digital infrastructure for electronic data exchange in trade and reporting is anticipated by the end of October. The purpose of this proposal is to establish a unified standard for data exchange language, which will increase the automation of trade between companies and meet reporting requirements.

October 31, 2023

The deadline for the registration of standard accounting systems. After this date, the Danish Business Authority will process the registered systems and publish them on January 1, 2024. On this day, NemHandel’s Reference Client will be discontinued. In the future, it will be necessary to use a system capable of sending and receiving through eDelivery. Contact our sales department for assistance.

November 1, 2023

Starting from this date, all users of NemHandel must be capable of exchanging documents through NemHandel eDelivery. System providers are advised to continue supporting OIORASP until it is phased out on April 30, 2024. mySupply will support OIORASP until April 30, 2024.

November 2023

Consultation period for OIOUBL 3.0.

January 1, 2024

The Danish Business Authority will publish a list of registered standard accounting systems on the first day of the year. This list can be found on the Danish Business Authority’s website.

March 2024

Release candidate for OIOUBL 3.0 will be made available.

Spring 2024

It is expected that there will be continuous announcements of standards for e-invoicing and digital procurement for public consultation in spring 2024.

July 1, 2024

It is anticipated that regulations regarding standards for e-invoicing and digital procurement will come into effect on this day. However, please note that this date may change. We will provide updates as we receive more information. Starting from this date, companies using standard accounting systems will have a digital bookkeeping obligation.
