An example of our customized solutions can be seen in our collaboration with E. Trasborg. Some of their customers are unable to receive electronic invoices and credit notes. To address this, the documents are converted to PDF format, with the layout designed by E. Trasborg themselves. The documents are then sent to our print operator, NetShare, which handles the printing and mailing of the documents via PostNord. This ensures that E. Trasborg’s customers can still receive and process invoices and credit notes in a practical way that suits their situation.

E-Trasborg uses mySupply’s VAX360 solution alongside VAX Transfer to exchange invoices and credit notes with their customers. We have established an efficient solution based on a sender module. E-Trasborg’s invoices and credit notes are transferred using VAX Transfer.
When the documents are received in VAX360, they are automatically checked in the NemHandelsRegister to ensure that the recipients can receive these electronic documents. If the recipient is approved, the documents are converted from the OIOXML format to the OIOUBL format and sent via NemHandel to the recipient. This ensures a secure and efficient exchange of invoices and credit notes between E. Trasborg and their customers.
