In addition to the solutions mySupply offers within NemHandel and SAP eCommerce in connection with e-commerce, we have developed other solutions that can be implemented as add-on applications or simply purchased as additional features for your company’s NemHandel or procurement solution.

LOCAL CENTRAL BUSINESS REGISTER

PartnerReg

mySupply has developed a system that automatically updates itself with information from the Danish Central Business Register (CVR). The system is called PartnerReg, which administrates data from CVR with information on, among other things, companies’ names, addresses, industry codes, CVR numbers and P numbers.

APPLICATION TO E-MAIL OR PRINT

XML for Mail or Print Tool

If you need to convert XML documents, such as OIOUBL documents, to a stylesheet version that can be sent by e-mail or printed, we have developed the XML2Mail and XML2Print system. The system is by default configured to e-mail or print OIOXML and OIOUBL formatted documents with the authorised stylesheets from the Danish Agency for Digitisation.

INTEGRATION WITH WEB CATALOG

PunchOut for SAP SRM

PunchOut for SAP SRM is an add-on application for SAP SRM-system, which sets up a direct interaction with the supplier’s web catalog. PunchOut simplifies procurement as this takes place through well-known systems. The PunchOut module is based on the SAP OCI standard.

Integration between two technical platforms

The module can handle the specific challenges associated with integrating catalog data between two technical platforms and systems, including the use of various code pages. It also allows mapping of catalog data, e.g. product categories (UNSPSC), unit of quantities and other values, as these often differ from system to system.

24/7 SYSTEM MONITORING

NemHandel Monitor

NemHandel Monitor monitors the system’s availability 24 hours a day. It is a condition for the receipt of documents via the NemHandel infrastructure that the system is online 24/7. To ensure this, you can sign up for mySupply’s NemHandel Monitor service.

The monitoring system runs a status check on the address (URL) of your NemHandel system at pre-configured intervals. If the system is not online, a notification is sent to a pre-defined e-mail address.

Maintenance of NemHandel registry

mySupply offers a solution where we maintain the NemHandel registry for your company. Your business can benefit from letting us handle all the technical details of the NemHandel registry in the same way we maintain endpoints and recipient IDs (EAN/GLN). mySupply also takes care of completing and updating the fields on supported profiles so that the sender always has an up-to-date overview of which roles, profiles and standards are supported by your company.
